Research shows smokers are most successful
when quitting if they have a means of support, such as nicotine
replacement products, prescription medication to aid in the
cravings, as well as the encouragement of friends and family. If
you currently smoke, now is the time to quit. Tell your friends
and family about your decision so they can help support you.
Talk to your Health Care Advocate or the Smoke Free Communities
representative about a method that is right for you.
You can also call 1-800-QUIT-NOW to
sign up for free coaching and obtain free nicotine replacement
aids.
Information about quitting can also be
found on the Tobacco Free U website:

Please feel free to drop by my office on
the second floor of the Ridgway Center for more information
